I complaint to Hermes as driver dumped my parcel in my side garden in rain, leaving (3 bolts) double gates opened, told them my dog got out & hit by a car, Hermes reply “contact your supplier to send another” I did message back say what another dog?😡absolute joke #duffdeliverys
