@AmazonHelp I took a Vodafone Postpaid connection 3 years back and I got a free Amazon prime service for 1 year. After the free period I have recharged separately for Amazon prime twice. Now it is active.

@JioCare My jio phone just stoped working. So inserted jio sim in my Smartphone. But now it says i do not have an active plan. I recently did a ₹99 plan.

1)Can I get refund of ₹99, so that i can do a non jiophone plan
2) How can i repair/replace my bad jiophone.
