@OleItumbi Itumbi, on 25th September your SCB agents told us it was UDP. Today the same agents have arrived with TEP.
At this rate, Sifuna doesn’t need to unveil his party — your agents will eventually mention every registered party in Kenya until one lands. 😭😂
IT IS SO GUESSED!
On The @AlikoDangote East African Refinery, President @WilliamsRuto has no escape. We have the Constitutional threshold of disclosure that must be met, politics and brainless opposition aside. Let's stop triviasing national issues. This country is not his private property.

Article 35 (1) Every citizen has the right of access to information held by the State.
Article 35 (3): The State SHALL publish and publicise any important information affecting the nation.
Disclosure of information is a Constitutional imperative not something left to the whims of one person. The era of secretive deals negotiated in the dark will end when we kick this current regime out and return our country back to the rule of Law.
@DavidNdii , you are wrong. An SEZ licence is not all this project needs, and it does not excuse hiding the agreement.
The government says it signed an agreement with Dangote on 29 September covering land, environmental safeguards and related assurances. That is a public contract.
[Section 5(1)(e) of the Access to Information Act requires a public entity, on signing any contract, to publish the nature of the works, contract sum, counterparty and completion period]
An SEZ licence only covers zone incentives. It does not replace:
–An EIA licence under the Environmental Management and Coordination Act
–Construction and operating approvals from EPRA
–A lawful land title or lease, with compensation and public participation
It has emerged that key documents, including the signed agreement for Dangote’s Sh2.2 trillion Lamu refinery, have not been made public as required by Kenyan law, despite Wednesday’s groundbreaking.
