@AmazonHelp @AmazonHelp I made a return this morning to the UPS Store & have receipt. The item was an Amazon Essential item. The policy has been refund same day for items sold or shipped by Amazon. When I inquired about my refund I was told 7-10 days after arrives to wharehouse >>
