@Apple Why did you make me drive 80 miles round trip to pick up an iPhone at a FedEx location rather than have FedEx deliver it to me? You’ve had FedEx deliver plenty of Apple products to me in the past. AND you didn’t give me a choice in the matter.
@Apple and @FedEx I’m not sure whose decision it was to deliver my iPhone to a FedEx office location and not my home, but I am extremely unhappy about having to drive 80 miles round trip to pick it up. You’ve delivered iPhones to my home before. 😡🤬😡
@AmazonHelp Plus my bigger issue is that this is not the first time with a bundled package and my fear is Amazon will not believe this keeps happening and will refuse to replace missing items.
@AmazonHelp Congratulations. You are now 0 for 3 in delivering a package when “combine orders” is selected. USPS shows a delivery scan but the package is MIA, not in my locked mailbox, where it was allegedly left Wednesday.
@AmazonHelp I have reported it to USPS. It will take 1 to 3 business days to receive a response. Monday is a holiday. I pay for Prime to receive items in a timely manner. I don’t consider this approach particularly timely. Amazon is great in a city; not so great in the mountains.
@amazon It’s pretty obvious my order was lost by UPS. Why do you make it so difficult to request a refund? And WHY should I have to contact UPS? Your customer service has really gone downhill.
Sooo this happened.
@peppertheapp agreed to donate a meal to someone in need for every RT that this tweet gets.
And they’ll keep donating up to 10,000 RTs/meals.
RT to donate a meal, and let’s help fight hunger together.
