We spent today going to my cousin's house, spending time with 11 other cousins, my sister, my two nieces,one of my niece's husband, and my baby great niece. On the way home, I was thinking if I teach my great niece how important spending time with family is, I have done my job.

This morning our farmer friend picked 100 ears of corn which we bought. Tucker snuck and ate 3 ears and we are taking 4 ears to my mother-in-law. The rest has been shucked, cooked, taken off the cob and is in the freezer. It will be eaten sooner rather than later.
