When JFK won in 1960 there was a concern that the Catholic Church would have undo pol influence. It took time, but we are now seeing the effect of over zealot judges&pols using their region as a litmus test for what laws should stand. This isnt a theocracy. Bring back democracy!!

No shooting can be dismissed bec of the who or why - people are dying or having their lives destroyed. Children are dying and being tramatized

@Thee_Instig8or @MaxMMarin @jaketapper Yes they are. They had extended mags. Who needs that much ammo for a Sat out In a tourist area. Yes, guns & ammo are the problem. To be clear, no one suggests banning weaps for hunting or handguns for individ home safety. But military-grade &high-capacity weaps must be regulated.

@bessbell So true. This decision further minimizes the rights of poor & lower class women. Women with means will still have options, but they will be costly. Again, the top is protected, while the bottom suffers. Equity never a reality here in the US - which is now more of a theocracy

@BarackObama @MichelleObama Voting out backers of abortion bans is something everyone can do. Turnout is essential, with enough pro abortion advocates, laws can be enacted or re-written to remove state control of women’s bodies. This is a democracy, not a theocracy.
