1 year and 6 month old boy presented with sudden onset episodic crying associated with vomiting. On examination there was dehydration, sausage shape mass in right upper quadrant and tender abdomen.

In #ultrasoound, this was seen in transverse section in RUQ. AP diameter = 2.4cm
