I am very happy that the "yes" won in Cuba and same-sex couples will be allowed to excercise their right to marry!

I hope Cubans will soon be allowed to exercise their right to vote, not only on a referendum on the rights of minorities, but on free, fair presidential elections.

As I stroll on TikTok, I keep seeing parents video their children reacting to The Little Mermaid trailer. So instead of focusing so much on the negative, I thought I’d show a thread of the little black kids who are excited to see their favorite princess look like them.

[Why Aren't People Angry About Climate Breakdown? @WapaatOrg]

Climate change does not discriminate based upon your political leanings. We are all in this together and unless we change our collective way of thinking and living we are all headed for the abyss.

There were over 500 fossil fuel lobbyists at #COP26, but the coffee cups were reusable

[Rachel💙 @la_Rache98]

Aaaand...once again... just words and empty promises from the world leaders at @COP26! WE WANT ACTIONS, no more fancy words! The whole world was looking at you people and you let us down!

Those have been some of the most oustanding, powerful and shocking quotes from the world's leaders at @COP26. There is hope... and that desperate hope is what can save us. For our own sake, I hope these are not just empty words.
