@RevolutApp Hi @RevolutApp I keep seeing "need more information" when I open the app, and I cannot use any functions in the app at all... Any chance you could fix for me please. thanks
The US accuses China of genocide in Xinjiang. But one of the hottest stars in China is Dilraba Dilmurat, and she is not the only Xinjiang success story. What genocide?
1. It’s devastating to witness three of my former colleagues, Joshua, Agnes, Ivan are jailed. The sentencing is absurd. Retweet if you have the same demands:
1.Immediate release of the trio
2.Stop prosecuting under National Security Law
3.Sanction accountable govt officials
As night fell on Wednesday, supporters of jailed activists @joshuawongcf, Agnes Chow and Ivan Lam continued to chase Corrections Services vans as they left court.

It might look silly to run after wheels. But like all great things in history that started with actions and ideas that seem futile, justice will prevail in #HongKong one day because of the kindness and conscience of the people.

While it's very sad to see brave young people being persecuted, it's nice to know we're getting support internationally. Keep the hopes up! #Justice will prevail!

Sentencing today of Joshua Wong @joshuawongcf Agnes Chow @chowtingagnes & Ivan Lam is another sign of shrinking space for pro-democracy voices in #HongKong. Exercise of fundamental freedoms, incl. peaceful assembly, must be ensured. EU Foreign Mins. will discuss HK on 7 December.
He has been so very brave; it's easily forgotten that he's just 24 y.o. The 13.5 month sentence is very wrong. It's blatantly obvious that this is an insult of the #HongKong judiciary system. The tyranny can lock people up, but our minds and thoughts are free.
#FreeJoshuaWong
#JoshuaWong 13.5m in jail - via lawyers, “it’s not the end of the fight. Ahead of us is another challenging battleground. We’re now joining the battle in prison along with many brave protestors, less visible yet essential in the fight for democracy and freedom for HK.
Tomorrow is the 24th birthday of this brave young lady, but she has to spend the day, and coming 10 months, in jail as a political prisoner.

It's so easy to forget he is just a 23-yo young man. His maturity and sensibility is way above many so-called adults.

I wish people know more about other faceless protesters instead of me. These are the people who were born in, live in, and love HK, flaws and all. The fight for a democratic HK is a fight for every one of them, past, present and future.

[My oped in @Independent: No one knows what happened to the 12 Hongkong asylum seekers China detained]
https://t.co/yuP5V9TWtA
Two weeks on with no further updates about their situations, it seems they've been thrown into a black hole of indefinite detention...
Well, this is one tactic to distract from the genocide of Uyghurs and Muslim minorities in Xinjiang and the growing support to #BoycottMulan.
CCP state media #GlobalTimes now blames @DisneysMulan poor opening on "poor artistic level" and "misunderstanding Chinese culture". 🤣🤔
It's so upsetting to see how helpless the families of the #12HKyouths are. Not only there is no assistance given to them whatsoever, the #HKGov is probably even obstructing all the ways for the family to contact the detainees.

Wife of Wong Wai-yin, speaking in Putonghua, said she tried every official department she could but there is no way to get in touch with her husband or learn about his situation.
"I don't know what to do," she sobbed, "I hope the government can give us some positive response."
Family members of the 12 HKers detained in China following a failed escape are holding a press conference, urging authorities to arrange prescribed medication for them and allow detainees to call their families.
The 12 HKers are held at Shenzhen’s Yantian Detention Centre.
