Beware and do not trust this listing or @Airbnb. This unit was extremely dirty and infested with roaches. On top of that we alerted @Airbnb that we discovered the host is not who they say they are and they have refused to investigate. @ShieldVoC
@AirbnbHelp Just received a DM from @Airbnb and they are choosing to do nothing again. Choosing to ignore the fraud and block my review. No surprise there ๐๐
@AirbnbHelp The most suitable outcome is for this listing to be shutdown and for us to get a full refund as our experience was insufferable, everyday we discovered a new issue and allowed the host to rectify but they did not. As mentioned roaches were even found!
@AirbnbHelp I already spent 3 days wasted already talking to airbnb support and no acceptable outcome. I even asked for my issue to be escalated and support staff refused.
We have @Airbnb a chance to rectify this situation but they did nothing. In addition, they have blocked my review of our stay from the listing so others are at risk of being duped as well. Best to stick with the hotels, definitely more reliable & better service
Normalize repeating the titles of each person in documentaries @netflix after the 1st time they are introduced, our memories are not as they used to be ๐ #millenniumproblems
@ShieldVoC Wow! Awful customer experience with @LGUS in warranty repair. Technician had to reschedule because he didn't come with proper tools. Was promised earliest reschedule. This did not happen, he failed to return when he said he would. Cust support line says they can't help
Super disappointed by @tweethue light bulb and @madebygoogle's home interaction.Barely works.Have to constantly sync them together. Contacted both support teams with no easy fix. They punted it off to my internet provider's fault. @ShieldVoC
