@Airtel_Presence It is still happening. Shared all the details in DM but it seems your representative is not able to understand the problem. Was my connection sold to someone else to make some extra money during covid. The details I shared suggest the same.

@airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Some1 is using my digital tv with same mo. no. and ID in telangana. This is the same connection that I used to own in M.P. a few years back and discontinued it becoz of issues like this. This is a privacy breach and identity fraud!

@MGMotorIn Worst service experience ever. I own a MG hector petrol and had several complaints related to service. Three feedback calls so far, none recorded or resolved. No complaint or ref no. provided. Are you making a mockery out of your customers? MG after sales sucks!
