The Knock-in Atlas server (https://t.co/4Vq3xY6Uxi) will be down for maintenance:
From: March 24, 5:00 PM (JST)
To: March 26, 12:00 PM (JST)
Sorry for the inconvenience!
And, for those of you who are interested in making gRNAs against gene introns for NHEJ-mediated knock-in, we also made lists guidelines and genome-wide lists of gRNAs for human and mouse. For more details, please visit https://t.co/4Vq3xY6Uxi
knock-in atlas: a web resource for targeted protein trap by CRISPR/Cas9 in human and mouse cell lines https://t.co/HUKJWk7nP5 Our knock-in atlas paper is out! The collection has >600 entries for 350 proteins (239 RNA binding proteins) tagged with the Venus fluorescent protein

Want to tag a protein in cell lines? Check out our new preprint and website <https://t.co/5Osk3fK0eM>. We made a catalogue of gRNAs against human/mouse introns for inserting artificial exons for protein tagging at endogenous loci.
In the mouse and human gRNA sites, you can search for your genes of interest. The gRNA scores and AlphaFold2 pLDDT scores around the tag-insertion sites are useful for finding good gRNAs (Regions with low pLDDT are preferred as such regions tend not to have tight structures.)

You can also find confocal Images, flow-cytometry data, Western blot results of knock-in HEK293T lines for 87 genes by clicking the "Go to Collection page" button.
Congratulations Li Ze for the publication of her PhD work at NAIST! Her findings explain how flies export tRNAs without the canonical export factor Exportin-t.
Exportin-5 binding precedes 5’- and 3’-end processing of tRNA precurso... https://t.co/YdFjXIbkAc
We have a vacant assistant professor position. Please apply if you are interested in studying RNA biology in an environment where you would have a plenty of opportunities to work with graduate students. https://t.co/5xQBoNEDju
