Plasma proteomics of EVs from ~125 patients across neoplastic & benign etiologies
Pleased to share our new paper. Here, we introduce a functionally tunable material and a one-pot strategy, extracellular vesicles to phosphoproteins (EVTOP). We quantified 500 unique EV phosphopeptides with only a few µL of plasma and over 1200 phosphopeptides with 100 µL of CSF.
