@GoldCaro I had the same response. My husband suggested sending the constituency office a can of coke to help them out. They’ve kicked so many cans down the road they must be getting short, poor things.

@ElimuAnn @ScottishPower Thanks for the reply. It's the in home display. Annoying because we were hoping to be able to monitor our usage with this to try to cut costs. They just don't seem to care that they promised something and delivered a faulty piece of kit.

Spent 45 mins on the phone to @ScottishPower as the smart meter display hasn't worked since installation 3wks ago. Told 'tough luck' and they won't fix it. Trying to be careful with energy use but getting no help from @ScottishPower. V poor customer care in an energy crisis.

Dropping isolation makes work & socialising riskier & boosters are waning, covid keeps evolving & it's harder to know about local case levels.

Basically govt plans that we will all get covid several times - like a cold but with a much more dangerous disease.

@IndependentSage @allthecitizens That's sad but understandable. You've been proven right throughout the pandemic and communicated the info available better than anyone. I think most people realise that, but there will always be a few who don't like uncomfortable truths. Sadly they are v loud on social media!
