@PineLabs I’ve called customer support 5–6 times for the same issue over the last 15 days. Every time, I get the same fake promise: “You’ll receive a callback.” Not a single resolution, not a single update. This is the most hopeless customer support experiences I’ve ever had.
@Pinelabs If your idea of customer support is making false callback promises, asking customers to keep waiting, and hanging up on them mid-conversation, then you’re doing a great job. 24+ hours after a promised 4-hour callback, still no response. Pathetic service.

@amazonIN I chose bank account for refund, then why was the amount refunded to Amazon Pay instead? Whose consent did you take? This is not acceptable. Order ID: 406-2758938-4492342 — resolve this ASAP.
@AmazonHelp Who gave you the right to refund to Amazon Pay without my consent? I wanted it in my bank account. This is against RBI guidelines. Forcing customers into Amazon Pay is unacceptable. Either reverse it or I’ll take legal action.
