Add mint leaves and hibiscus grenadine to your glass and gently muddle. Next, add vodka (and lemon juice if you see fit). Fill glass with ice and float with club soda. Stir for 10-20 seconds.

Hold the mint sprig in one hand and slap with your other hand. Add sprig as garnish.

During WWII the space was converted to aid in wartime production building Boeing B-29 Superfortresses. At roughly 100 square feet they were only able to produce 2/3 of one airplane by the time the war was over.

In honor of MiniBo’s final day here is a thread of MiniBo throughout the years. Originally opened in 1903 as Lawrence Bodegarelli’s Butchery and Grocery the shop specialized in steaks and cold cuts

In the 20s the store was converted to a raucous jazz club known for its wild nights. These parties inspired F Scott Fitzgerald to write The Great Gatsby. Here he and Zelda Fitzgerald are photographed outside the store on the spot where The Hoarding Marmot now stands
