$MVCO has filed to trademark Epic Labor with the USPTO.

I've decided to postpone the $MVCO acquisition of assets from @laborsmart and @EpicLabor. Staffing revenue over the last few weeks has been quite volatile. This is most likely just seasonal but I think it best for $MVCO shareholders to wait for revenue to stabilize b4 closing.

The client list is huge for sure. However, the most important piece of this deal imo is the tenured staff coming in from Laborsmart. A world class team that can build a monster revenue generating machine. $MVCO

The fine details are still being ironed out on both deals. I expect to have definitive agreements within the next 10 days. In both cases, the deal is going to be structured in a way that is most beneficial to the $MVCO co-owners.

The Senior Secured lender to Epic Labor has already agreed to sign off on the deal and is working on deal docs to continue as a funding partner for the new Epic Labor post close. All 3rd party providers to @laborsmart have agreed to come on board as well.

These assets will be rolled into Epic Labor, Inc, a @metavesco wholly owned subsidiary. All @laborsmart locations will be rebranded as Epic Labor. Most importantly, the entire @laborsmart team will be joining the new Epic Labor.

$MVCO is acquiring all operating assets of @laborsmart (I personally own 100% of Laborsmart of Delaware). The deal will be closed simultaneously w/ the $MVCO acquisition of Epic Labor assets, on January 1 at 12:01 AM.

Happy to announce $MVCO has just ordered 50 S19k Pro #bitcoin miners for immediate delivery and committed to purchasing an additional 50 in December. This fleet will be at a new cohost facility in Iowa. Official PR Monday premarket.
