@RevRichardColes Please come for dinner any time you’re in the Liverpool area. I promise you lovely roast potatoes, good wine and dinner and a very comfortable spare room. And dogs, gorgeous dogs. 😊
@NHSMillion Saved my life in 1986 and 1988 when having my babies. Both those babies grew up to be wonderful human beings and then NHS saved my daughter and her baby in 2022. Keep doing what you’re doing ❤️❤️❤️❤️#NHSstory
#HappybirthdayNHS! Seems the perfect day to plead your allegiance to pulling back our thriving, world class service and out of the hands who are determined to crush it. 74 years of incredible service. Thank you for all you have done. Please retweet. We really need your help.
@Martina46921392 Don’t worry, a wise friend said to me when my 3 flew the nest that mums aren’t there for the good times. Try the Simon Armitage poem - Mother any distance - for consolation. Mine flew, but came back with tales to share. I know how you feel ❤️
MISSING PERSON. My son Daniel Carberry has been missing since 1pm yesterday. He was last seen in the University area of Liverpool city centre and may be in a vulnerable condition. Could you please share this post and either DM me or ring 101 (Ref. 828) if he’s been seen ❤️
@WickedVintageUK Jackdaws are great until they fall down your chimney and end up in the living room. He was horrified, difficult to tell if his mates laughed at him when I took him back outside, sounded awfully like it.
@RevRichardColes 1999 a friend and I had tickets for Manchester to Frankfurt boarding at gate 5a but got on the one at 5b to Paris, same staircase but different levels. Only realised when someone said we were in their seats. Red faces all round.
Thank you @NHSMillion 36 and 34 years ago you saved my life and my new babies. On Sunday you saved the life of one of those babies, and her new baby. We love you ❤️❤️❤️❤️
@fascinatorfun @Paul_Ilett No phone for years and we had to go next door to the district nurse and use hers if there was an emergency. Then a party line and short phone calls, neighbours were on it for ages. The bliss of our own line and dad standing in the doorway tapping his watch.
@AasmahMir You can make your own traditions. Ours always had a stocking at the end of the bed to find in the morning and bring in to us to open together and the big present from mum and dad downstairs under the tree. Enjoy it whatever it is.
@thedustyteapot Nana took all of us there for tea every year after we had been to the grotto at Blacklers. Highlight was to go on the dance floor and look up at the balloons in a net waiting for the dance later. I thought it was so sophisticated.
@susie_dent No windy suspiration of forced breath at this table, said my dad to two sulky teenagers. Years later I realised it was from Hamlet and dad was more cultured than we gave him credit for.
