I am delighted, excited and somewhat nervous to be presenting about the coaching mindset at Empowering Futures in Finland this June.
Properly excited to hear the insights from the conference... and to practise my Finnish...

@BeMorePirate Stop, just for a minute. Think. Talk with actual people. Gather contrasting perspectives on key issues. Find other non parliamentary perspectives. Is there one change to make now, realistically? Then prioritise and delegate. Jumping in with an ideology didn't work last time.
@disruptandlearn I save the fun stuff until last: drawings for flip charts, checking props, running over facilitation plan for ice breakers and room layout. Then inevitably hunting for a USB cable (cos I left mine at home).
Confession.
I have little patience for people who choose not to see that the "better" alternative also presents its own set of challenges.
Challenges, if not addressed, often make the "better" alternative worse than other options.
