@thetrainline Tried to book tickets weeks ago; couldn’t without incurring a price hike of several hundred £ when confirming. Reported it and it’s being investigated. Told to contact customer service to book tickets. They won’t honour the original price. Joke.
@thetrainline I’ve tried to book these tickets several times, but instead of being charged the lower amount it automatically jumps to the higher amount and I’ve no idea why. Tried on the app and I get a completely different price yet again! Help!
Just had the most appalling customer service at Paddington from @GWR Wouldn’t listen, wouldn’t look at me, claiming I shouldn’t buy split tickets (even though it’s an option on Trainline) and generally couldn’t have been less interested in helping me.
