I recently wrote a blog post about the usage of wildcard certificates on a K3s Kubernetes cluster. Having to use secrets across namespaces can cause a ton of issues, so I'm excited to publicly document my clean process. #k3s#kubernetes#certmanager

I bought a white noise machine on Amazon the other day and found that I didn't really love the sound loops that were on it... So I hacked it and added my own! #hardware#hacking

Les expat' d'Asie du Sud n'ont pas accès à Elden Ring en anglais car il est "language lock"
Ce n'était pas le cas pour les anciens jeux de From Software, du coup ils ne peuvent pas jouer en anglais.

@ELDENRING The JP PlayStation store clearly states that ELDEN RING is playable in English. Why would you go out of your way to prevent Japanese players from being able to play the game in other languages? Will this be addressed? @fromsoftware_pr
I cannot emphasize this enough.
One of the groups I monitored for months literally lurks on Reddit it support threads to find vulnerable corps that had issues patching or to figure out what software they use
Over the weekend, I competed in a hackathon — DiceCTF 2021! There were challenges in areas like reverse engineering, cryptography, and web exploitation. Here are my thoughts and solutions for a couple of challenges I found interesting. #DiceCTF

AWS GuardDuty is a useful tool for detecting threats to your cloud infrastructure. With a combination of CloudWatch and Lambda, you can easily create hooks to automatically react to findings. #GuardDuty#SecOps

@senz_int After having my #senz break within a year and having to pay half the purchase price to get a replacement sent to me, you’ve sent me a unit with the exact same defect out of the box. How does something like that happen? Isn’t quality your entire sales pitch? 😔
@senz_int We just got the second replacement in the mail then. It’s unbelievable. It has the EXACT same issue. We now have three identical broken Senz umbrellas. I simply cannot believe you didn’t even inspect it before shipping this one. What an embarrassing show of customer support.
Analysis with @SarahJamieLewis and Olivier Pereira of the SwissPost-Scytl e-voting system. https://t.co/sJ6FKdstOY The code uses a trapdoor commitment scheme, so it is possible for an authority to provide a proof of a correct election outcome while actually manipulating votes.
@ems1944 @willsrc@micahflee I think you fundamentally misunderstand the problem being solved here. A good cryptosystem prevents an attacker from learning anything about the plaintext, metadata included.
@GPGTools I don’t oppose your need to make revenue, but your execution of this update was extremely distasteful. You’ve betrayed your users. I’ll be using standalone GPG from now on, it’s not that inconvenient.

@TamlinMatthew @signalapp I second this. If you use a password manager, being forced to complete these periodic challenges is just annoying. Are there any plans to make this toggle-able? Would you be willing to accept pull requests?
