David here. Words can’t express how thankful I am for your prayers, letters of encouragement, and donations to cover medical expenses.

I have had much time to reflect. Each breath and heartbeat a gift from God. This is the first time in my life where I have felt old. A pause to catch a breath I didn’t know I needed. Short walks around the block with my bride. Longer looks at my children. I have found myself tearing up uncontrollably for no reason other than simple gratitude.

I met with my surgeon this morning. He told me more about what happened. A miracle. An orchestra of variables. One missing from the puzzle and I would not be here. 100% blockage in the artery known as the “widow maker” — now stented. I have two more arteries with 60% and 70% blockage.

The surgeon wants to see if we can reverse damage to my heart and heal without another surgery. Right now my heart is at about 45% strength of where it should be. I begin cardiac rehab.

The how and why of what occurred is a long story. Pre-Jesus, I lived a very hard life. Drugs, alcohol, and a self-induced cardiac arrest at the age of 21, left me with a bum ticker. For several years, I was a pack a day smoker. And for several years after my spiritual conversion, I worked on daily “sanctification” trying to eliminate vices I still carried.

A severe back injury in 2008 left me restless for a decade, with numbness in my right leg and foot, until I found a radical restrictive diet that helped with inflammation, but may have elevated cholesterol. My career as a prosecutor left me on call around the clock, and my performance was fueled by pots of coffee, which led to arrhythmia, heart murmurs, and prayer that God would provide healing.

The last six years compounded what was already there. Employment termination, public slander, constant lawfare from the BAR, cabin burnt to crisp under mysterious circumstances, and travel that averaged over a hundred flights a year to 49 states, with thousands of meetings. I have felt mild strain and pressure in my chest for sometime. 2021 was especially difficult.

I have generally held the medical profession at arm’s length my whole life. I’ve been to the doctor maybe three times in my adult life. As my heart symptoms worsened, however, COVID-19 hysteria and adherence to protocols that murdered patients was the primary reason I would not enter a doctor’s office.

I knew it was just a matter of time that something would give, but set aside those concerns, praying that our country would see free and fair elections, J6ers would be restored, and that I’d have more time.

And then I didn’t.

I went through a door to “the other side” after dying on the table. In a single moment, I left behind my children, and being a father was an impossibility. Being a husband—gone. I left ambition behind, dreams behind, shame and condemnation behind. Such finality.

After a few minutes of being in the hereafter, I was jolted back by paddles, hearing the surgical team exclaim “we brought him back! David you are back with us….”

It’s with this that I say I won’t be making a public appearance for a while, and won’t be doing social media, or interviews, for the foreseeable future. I believe God wants me to be still, speak less, and not waste anything, including my words.

Just know I read your comments, am so thankful for you, and believe God has a purpose for me down the road.

Lord willing, I will focus on writing and producing Professor’s Record episodes, doing rehab, and nothing else. I’m sorry to disappoint anyone.

Last thing.

Is He (Christ) real?

Yes. So much so, that you realize what grieves Him. Forgiveness is so important. He died for you and me. He forgave you and me. Don’t cheapen what He did on the cross, by refusing to carry a cross of your own. Love the unloveable, forgive the unforgivable, because one day, you are going through that door.

Ever wonder whatever happened to Trump's promise to cap credit card interest at 10 percent?

Here's what happened to it.

Back in January, Trump called for a hard 10 percent cap, at least for a year, to give families buried under 20-plus percent rates some breathing room.

He even got Bernie Sanders and Josh Hawley to write the bill together. When Bernie and MAGA land on the same page, you know the little guy actually had a shot.

Then the banks showed up. The lobby swarmed Capitol Hill, and the bill's been parked in committee ever since. No vote. No cap.

Banks claimed if they are capped at 10% they couldn't offer credit to those with low credit scores.

And people forget, a president can't just snap his fingers and cap rates. It takes Congress. And Congress answered to the banks, not to you.

Trump put it on the table. The swamp sat on it!

Look at the receipt. Then look at the tape.

Steve Baker just put it back on the table and the machine still wants you to look away. Brian Cole Jr. has never owned or worn sunglasses. Never owned a ball cap. His family says it out loud. Severe prescription glasses. Creature of habit. OCD patterns so locked you could set a clock by them. That is not a rumor mill. That is how they describe their own son.

And the FBI form from the raid lists solar-shield black sunglasses pulled out of that house like they were the holy grail.

Why seize sunglasses from a young man who does not wear sunglasses?

Because the hoodie on the night of January 5 is wearing them. Dark lenses. Ball cap. Both. Baker put those frames next to a Capitol Police officer's frames and told America to use its eyes. Same shape. Same story the Bureau does not want to have to explain in plain English on camera.

They spent almost five years with the most powerful surveillance apparatus on earth hunting a pipe bomber who walked past cameras like a ghost. Then they dropped a name. Autistic. No criminal record. Family business morning routine. Parents saying their son was framed. Tucker saying he believes them harder than he has believed almost anything in years. And still the narrative machine treats the seizure list like a prop and the video like background noise you are not allowed to pause.

This is what institutional rot looks like when it wears a badge and a press release. Stacked deck. Selective evidence. A country that will lock a young man without bail while the hard questions about the hoodie, the shades, the gait, and the frames get memory-holed by the same people who told you to trust the process and stop asking.

I am not asking you to invent a fairy tale. I am asking you to read the seizure list and watch the video without the official soundtrack running over it. If the bomber wore sunglasses and Cole never did, that is not a footnote. That is the case. If the frames on the tape look like the frames on an officer, that is not a conspiracy theory. That is a question serious people answer out loud.

They want obedience. They want you to swallow the indictment, call anyone who squints a denier, and move on to the next outrage cycle. Honor does not work that way. A serious country does not paper over a mismatch this loud and then lecture the public about disinformation.

Kash. Blanche. The men who swore they would clean this out. Put the receipt next to the tape on camera and answer it. America is watching whether this is justice or theater.
