7 सितंबर को गौ-रक्षा दल से जुड़े कथित गौ-रक्षकों ने गाय तस्करी के शक में दो मुस्लिम युवकों को पकड़कर उनके साथ बेरहमी से मारपीट की।

आरोप है कि शैलेंद्र हिंदू के नेतृत्व में युवकों की पिटाई के साथ उनकी गाड़ी में भी तोड़फोड़ की गई। इसके बाद दोनों को पुलिस के हवाले कर दिया गया।

अब सवाल यह है कि अगर कोई आरोप था तो कार्रवाई पुलिस को करनी थी, फिर कानून अपने हाथ में लेकर मारपीट और तोड़फोड़ क्यों की गई?
