Update on the @NordicTrack situation. Now they want to charge me $373 - to pay for restocking a bike that didn’t work, and to pay for the service of putting it together - when it wouldn’t turn on. #badcustomerservice

@NordicTrack I want to not be charged $250 for a bike I was never going to get in the first place without having to do all the legwork of battling through your customer service phone and chat lines. What the heck is up with that?

Do yourselves a favor and never order anything from @NordicTrack. Bought a bike from them at the start of January. Took a month to get it delivered/set up. It wouldn't start. Delivery guys took it back with them. I had to contact the company to get a replacement ordered. (pt 1)

By that point they had "threatened" me with the $250, asked if I wanted it delivered sooner instead. I told them that I never want to work with this company again. So all that to say, just order a Peloton if you want a gym bike. I heard the customer service is great.

They want to charge ME $250 dollars to cancel the order. For a bike I still have never seen. For a bike I had to persistently beg to be delivered. The other kicker is that when I said I wanted to cancel, THEN all of a sudden they could get dispatch to deliver it sooner. (pt 5)
