“After all the help I gave you writing your book, you’re going to leave me home on your book signing?” Editorial assistant not pleased. #writinglife#indieauthor
Anarchists on the loose. Empires expanding their global influence. The US is becoming a world power. Submarines are the new naval force. Secrecy and Gamesmanship brings 1901 and the Secret Service to the forefront. Join me at Toadstool Nashua on Saturday 5/21 at 3pm to hear.
@Nickyshearsby22 First draft is fun. Where to start is my hell, followed closely by developmental draft (especially when it’s the third or fourth because I saw something else I felt I missed before).
@reshamkarfa IMHO/ Very important. I typically have two or three. They’ve picked up nuances that I really didn’t think of while plowing through developmental drafts. I believe they’ve made me a better writer over the different books. Just my thoughts.
Saturday in Keene at #toadstoolbooks at 4pm. Celebrate the end of Independent Bookstore day with a book talk about the new historical fiction novel, Secrecy and Gamesmanship. See you there!
@byMorganWright Primarily novelized history (historical fiction) and dabble a bit into family saga. Working through the end of the Gilded Age and the start of the Progressive Age. #WritingCommunity
I’ll be at Stillwater Books in Pawtucket, RI on Sat. 3/26 at 2pm to talk about my latest novelized history set in 1901. Will have books available even some special hardcover editions.
Update: unforeseen circumstances postponed the talk to 3-1-22 at 9am on https://t.co/5srKK3YCqC . Plenty of time to think about questions to send to Wayne Barber. Hope you can listen in!
Got a note that I am the featured author for the Authors Hour on WNRI out of RI. I’ll be talking with Wayne Barber about my new book Secrecy and Gamesmanship. Tune in to https://t.co/5srKK3YCqC at 9 am to listen in! #writerscommunity#writerslife#indieauthor#books
New in paperback and a special hardcover edition. Novelized history that melds history and fiction into a fast paced story set at the turn of the 20th century. Secrecy and Gamesmanship https://t.co/eG2DgXbc9h
@sophiebarlowe Read a book from the stack of reading I’ve put off during the final push to finish. Then start pawing through the pile of ideas that I wrote down and set aside, and dive in to start the next one. Keep writing.
