So we have new rules. Existing ladder members have been assigned an ELO score. New songs start at 1500. Each day I will randomly select (at least) one song in the pool, it will then face a random song on the ladder.
Repeat and watch the ladder slowly sort itself out.

One thing we can do with elo that will both settle the ladder faster and add more options to vote is brackets/tournaments (e.g. best song from country, best from year, best in genre, etc.). They would then have head to head rounds until only one is undefeated,

I am currently setting the K value at 100 to allow for major swings based on matches. I may simplify it later as the ladder works itself out
