Now the patent for it was just approved.
How do these anonymous 4chan people know?
Money always moves from the dumb to the wiser. It has now, again. It should.
When markets are overwhelmed by dumbness, you shouldn’t buy. You sell. #India is now the #IPO capital of the world.
And you wonder - why is your #SIP not growing anymore? That’s why !
There are Bulls
There are Ultra-Bulls
& then there is Ramdev Ji
“Opportunity is large - If you’re young - say 21 yrs, think about making Billions or even Trillion. You can multiply wealth by 100 Million times”
Feels great listening to him.
Never mind the calculations. 🙏😀

Eternal (Zomato/Blinkit) Stock Valuation Based on Results
YoY Profit Decline (Last 4 Qtrs)
Q2FY26: 63% Down
Q1FY26: 90% Down
Q4FY25: 78% Down
Q3FY25: 57% Down
Eternal could become the “Poster Boy” of the Indian stock market crash (if ever it happens).
How to Value the Stock:
Sales Up; Profits Down: What’s Going On?
YoY Sales Growth (Last 4 Qtrs)
Blinkit: Up 120% YoY
Zomato: Up 14% YoY
YoY Profit Decline (Last 4 Qtrs)
Blinkit + Zomato:
Dec 23: ₹ 138 cr
Dec 24: ₹ 59 cr
Mar 24: ₹ 175 cr
Mar 25: ₹ 39 cr
Jun 24: ₹ 253 cr
Jun 25: ₹ 25 cr
Sep 24: ₹ 176 cr
Sep 25: ₹ 65 cr
Scale is Already Achieved
Q2FY26: Quarterly profit is just ₹ 65 cr (Eternal combined) including ₹ 11,679 cr Blinkit quarterly sales.
Zero Operating Leverage
Operating Leverage: When a company achieves scale, its fixed costs don’t increase beyond a point, while sales keep growing. So, its Net Margin keeps “expanding” as the sales increase.
Investors give high valuations to world-class companies due to this magical power of operating leverage.
a. In case of Blinkit, its Gross Margin has remained stagnant at about 23.5% in every quarter (last 5 qtrs) even as its sales have increased at 120% YoY.
b. Blinkit Net Loss has only reduced from ₹ 162 cr (June qtr) to ₹ 156 cr (Sept qtr).
What does it indicate? Blinkit has almost zero operating leverage till now.
Total Dark Stores (Blinkit)
Sept 2024: 791 stores
Sept 2025: 1,816 stores
Dec 2025: 2,100 stores*
Mar 2027: 3,000 stores*
*Company’s own projections announced this quarter.
Do the Rough Math:
Sept 2025: 1,800 stores
Profit: ₹ 65 cr [Eternal combined]
Mar 2027: 3,000 stores
Profit: ???
Profit comes to ₹ 110 cr for March 2027 quarter – using this linear, back-of-the-envelope calculation.
Important: Since the future is unknown, investors must “estimate” future earnings to determine a stock’s valuation.
From Eternal’s Q2 Letter to the Shareholders:
“We are passing on efficiency gains to customers.”
INTERPRETATION:
a. No ability to raise prices.
b. Kirana shops did not die.
c. Jio dark stores are coming.
CONCLUSION:
1. To achieve a P/E ratio of 50 at its current market cap, Eternal needs annual net profit of ₹ 5,000 crores.
2. If shareholders want to double their money from here in 5 yrs, the net profit must go up to ₹ 10,000 cr in 5 yrs (assuming P/E ratio of 50.)
3. Our rough projection for FY2027 Eternal net profit is Rs. 440 cr (4 Qtrs x 110 cr)
Till when will the current "world record" P/E ratio of 1,700 continue? That's a 3 lakh crore question.
