@TanishqJewelry The concern is not confusion but non-disclosure. The sales executive never informed us that the making charge “discount” would be recovered during exchange. A benefit that is later taken back cannot be termed a discount. Transparency at the time of sale is essential.

@TanishqJewelry 1/2 Bought jewellery from Tanishq Aurangabad after being told we’re getting a great “discount” But during exchange, that same discount was deducted from the value-meaning it’s not a real discount but something they recover later. We didn’t proceed.
