This is going to end in blood and fire.

Thousands of illegal migrants have smashed into Ceuta. The centres are full. They are already flooding the streets in packs, uncontrolled feral and intent on causing chaos.

Shops are boarding up.

Residents are locking their doors in broad daylight in blind fear.

I feel pure, sickening pity for the Spanish people trapped in that city right now. They did not ask for this invasion. They are being forced to watch their streets turn into a pressure cooker.

When hunger and boredom hit, it will not stay peaceful. History never lies about what comes next. This is not a “crisis.” This is a powder keg with the fuse already lit.
