@Morrisons Tried to redeem vouchers got in the post against my Morrison's shopping but vouchers didn't work & told to contact cust svs. Called cust svs earlier today & said he would send email in which to reply with receipt and vouchers. But still no email received from Morrison.

Spent all day restarting phone, even called my bank to check smarty money had been collected.
So annoyed with lack of info from Smarty!

Hi, my smarty phone calls haven't been working all day today. Called my bank and they said the reoccurring payment to smarty was already authorised but smarty have failed to collect it and hence my mobile data has been cancelled!!!

@British_Airways Checked in baggage to Naples airport did not arrive when I landed. Baggage lost reported at airport. 3 days later baggage delivered to hotel.
Had to buy essential items of clothing as I did not have my luggage.
How do I make a claim for the items I had to buy?
The ombudsman case worker has sided with insurer saying T&C mentioned it. I now have the option for the case to be reviewed by an ombudsman instead. Is there anything I can do to get my money (ยฃ1500) back which was paid using a credit card?
@deandunham Hi Dean, I'm a regular listener of your LBC show & one point you talk about is that key terms must be made prominent. I have a travel insurance issue where a key term was not made prominent & insurer won't payout.

I have another account with Lloyds bank and their mobile app lets you search for transactions by text or amounts so why can't Santander mobile app offer the same?

@AskNationwide Trying to log into Nationwide and asked to verify my details. But it does not list the name of the country I was born in and therefore cannot complete the details and cannot access my account. Please help.
My brother has been paying all the utility bills for my property & has refused to cancel the postal redirect due a dispute.
Please can you let me know who I can talk to discuss this situation either via phone or email as I cannot afford to pay such a large council tax bill.

@harrow_council I have just received a council tax bill for charges going back to 15Mar2023. This is the 1st letter that I have received at my property as my brother had all post redirected to his house after my father went into a care home in Feb/Mar 2023.
