3rd party content expands upon the already great game that is D&D, makes it more inclusive for a larger player base. As players/DMs we still buy and support WotC products while supplementing with 3rd party content, everyone wins.

@Wizards_DnD Big improvement. Transparency and openness to feedback is great.

Just know that the feedback you will receive will be the same you’ve gotten since the start:

Cancel the new OGL. Commit to the original OGL irrevocably. That’s the only community-driven path forward.

[Sam Riegel @samriegel]

"I cannot state enough how stunning the animation in this series is... It’s so amazing to see the world of D&D brought to life this way and @TitmouseInc should truly be commended for their fantastic work." https://t.co/0vluipRmsL

[🧙‍♂️ Roll For Combat | Battlezoo.com 🚀 @RollForCombat]

WoTC finally released a statement... it's all fake news. They were NOT looking for feedback. OGL 1.1 was attached to EXECUTABLE CONTRACTS!!! But let's have fun anyhow and try our OGL 1.1 Bingo Card!

Hey @Wizards_DnD this is called gaslighting and you really shouldn’t do it. Remember kids, cancel your D&D beyond subscription. #ORCLicense #OGL #DnDBegone #DnD #dnd5e #OpenDnD #Gaslighting #RPG #canceldndbeyond

"They won—and so did we."

This little zinger is going to stick with me.

[DnD_Shorts @DnD_Shorts]

Really can't stress this enough. @Wizards are trying to spin this as "all part of the plan".

THIS WAS NOT THEIR PLAN.

Their plan was to steal from creators, bleed the companies that produce better content, and terrorise creators with threats of OGL termination #opendnd

@CriticalRole @CriticalRole's unwavering dedication for the love of the game, and the friendships it builds is inspiring. Thank you to the cast and crew for bringing us amazing tales over the years and giving many of us something to look forward to every week. 🍻 To many more years to come

[LADFJS @ladfjs]

@Wizards_DnD What a well worded way to passive aggressively insult your customers, more importantly your fans that are the reason you're in business. Whoever is greenlighting these statements needs to be replaced... Paizo already came up with a solution. WotC needs to check where they stand.

By the way, EVERY whistleblower I've spoken to has spoken highly of @JeremyECrawford and the design team.

They credit their passion for the game, and call them "lovely people"

These decisions and changes are executive. Be kind. WotC is the enemy, not WotC employees. #opendnd

[DnD_Shorts @DnD_Shorts]

Jesus, @Wizards official response is pathetic https://t.co/Vz3VmeE1YU

They claim "they won" because they're changing the OGL (but not in response to our pressure). At every turn they minimise the voice of this community (which we now know they hate)
