@LADHAI@UC_Assist@urbancompany_UC Supporting because this is completely unacceptable from @urbancompany_UC. Repeated rescheduling, last-minute cancellation after the technician arrived, & customers left suffering during festival time. This is not how paying customers should be treated with refund & compensation.
“Sorry for the inconvenience” won’t bring back the time you wasted or fix my ruined festival plans. After delaying my booking for days & cancelling at the last moment, compensation is the least Urban Company should provide. Customers are not fools.

Booked 4 AC services on 25th May 2026 and got appointment for 26th May. It was then rescheduled to 27th May, and after the technician finally arrived at the location, the booking was suddenly CANCELLED by @UC_Assist@urbancompany_UC 1/2

@UC_Assist@urbancompany_UC What kind of unprofessional service and fooling is this? Tomorrow is a festival & my entire family is stuck because of your mismanagement I need an immediate refund along with proper compensation for the inconvenience caused. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Shopkeepers at Narayan Dhuru St & Nakhuda Street,Pydhonie, Mumbai 400003 have occupied public roads using madva, mannequins, stalls & bamboo structures.
Despite repeated complaints,no permanent action is taken by BMC Bward & Pydhonie Police

Meanwhile, ongoing road construction has made the already narrow lane even more dangerous, increasing the risk of accidents and falls.
Immediate action is needed before a serious incident occurs.

Despite multiple complaints to Pydhonie Police over the past few years, no permanent action has been taken—
ignoring strict court orders to clear such encroachments in Mumbai.
Authorities seem to overlook this issue as it’s not on a main road.
