BABY NUMBER ONE
Highly intelligent, fast-learning, assertive, opportunistic. He quickly understands the system and exploits it fully. He not only solves the problem but maximizes personal gain by taking more than his share.

This child represents the high-capacity achiever. In leadership, this is the person who sees patterns early, moves fast, and takes decisive action. Such people often become founders, pioneers, or early winners but his Self-interest dominates empathy. He uses his advantage without considering fairness or the impact on others. This one will hoard resources, credit, or power. If he becomes a politician tomorrow, he will keep the national treasure for himself 🤣.

BABY NUMBER TWO
He is adaptive, empathetic, socially aware, morally responsive. He figures out the system later but chooses to correct an imbalance. He retrieves what was taken unfairly and redistributes it before securing his own needs.

This child represents the servant leader. Not always the fastest, but deeply aware of people and justice. In teamwork, as a leader he will stabilize environments and build trust.His development comes from learning balance. He does not need to lose compassion, but must also learn self-advocacy and strategic timing.

BABY NUMBER THREE
He is a Late bloomer, struggling, possibly inexperienced or overwhelmed. He has not yet cracked the system. This may be due to fear, lack of exposure, or slower processing, not lack of potential.

He represents those who start behind. In organizations or societies, these are people without early access, mentorship, or confidence. If unsupported, he may internalize failure or dependence. He might wait for rescue instead of growth. Receiving help gives him a chance to learn without starvation. The key is what happens next. True leadership emerges when ability, empathy, and growth meet. The second baby shows the most complete leadership in that moment. The first has the greatest raw power. The third has the greatest potential for transformation.

I just read the dissenting judgment delivered by Justice Helen Ogunwumiju, JSC, in Sunday Jackson v. State.

By refusing to affirm the execution of a man who lawfully defended himself from an armed herdsman, she upheld the constitutional right to life and safeguarded the integrity of Nigeria’s criminal jurisprudence. (1)

Having now read Justice Helen Ogunwumiju, JSC’s powerful dissent, I am compelled to applaud her Lordship for an extraordinary display of judicial courage and fidelity to the principles of justice. (4)
