They hate you for noticing the pattern.
During the Summer of Floyd, a Black, drug-addled career criminal died while resisting police after committing a crime, and whole cities burned while we were lectured endlessly about “racism.”
Now Henry Nowak, an 18-year-old White first-year student at the University of Southampton, is stabbed multiple times by Vickrum Digwa, a Sikh man carrying blades under Britain’s sacred multicultural laws.
Henry was walking home after celebrating with his university soccer team. He was not some violent thug. He was sober enough to be under the legal driving limit, in good spirits, sending videos to his friends, and simply trying to get home.
Digwa stabbed him in the chest and in the back of the legs as Henry tried to flee. Neighbors heard Henry crying that he had been stabbed and was dying.
When police arrived, Digwa played the race card, called Henry a “drunken racist,” and the officers believed him.
Henry told them he had been stabbed. One officer replied, “I don’t think you have, mate.”
Then they handcuffed him anyway.
He died after telling police he could not breathe.
He bled out in the street while his killer stood there, shielded by the very system that should have saved him.
The same political class that screamed for years over Floyd now falls silent.
That silence tells you exactly whose lives matter to them, whose do not, and why they hate you for noticing.
1. Intro
Hey everyone,
I'd like to give you an update today and shed some light on what's been happening with the Prime League over the last three weeks.
I'm going to read a lot of the statement 1:1 - apologies if this makes it sound a bit mechanical. However, it is important to explain all the details and processes correctly in order to understand the context.
The league removed us from the 1st division yesterday and disqualified us from all current competitions. The reason for this is that we have had four incidents in the last five match days.
We want to be open and transparent here - that means we talk about our own mistakes as well as how the league has dealt with them so far.
We can back up everything I say with transcripts and chat histories.
Brief background: The whole situation - and the additional organizational stress - came about because I was in North America. The original plan was actually only until July 23. We had already planned a replacement player for this period.
But then I extended my stay to August 1 - to be honest, because I was under a lot of mental stress due to a personal issue and was reluctant to go back home.
This extension caused problems with two of the four incidents:
Our new team manager from Split 3, Kalle, had to work with me to find replacement players strong enough to meet the demands of the Prime League in a very short space of time - and at the same time not jeopardize competitive integrity. The other two incidents happened due to a simple copying error in the line-up sheet.
And also important: Kalle was only responsible for team management from Split 3 onwards. He's a very nice, young and sincere guy - but he made mistakes that shouldn't have happened. At the same time, we also have to be self-critical: we - or CGN - should not have given him so much responsibility in retrospect if it could have had such serious consequences for our team.
2. Summary of the incidents
So, now I'll give you a summary of the individual incidents so that you can see the other side of the story and have more context.
Matchday 1 - TOG against us (15.07.2025)
On matchday, the league reported an error in the line-up - our support role was entered incorrectly by our team manager Kalle .
The league was accommodating in this case and allowed the change at short notice. The communication was open, solution-oriented and the mistake was corrected directly by Kalle.
Matchday 3 - us against BIG (26.07.2025)
I was suspended at short notice - so we had to organize a replacement in accordance with the rules.
The sub who was actually scheduled was not eligible to play, so Typhoon stepped in at short notice.
The whole thing took a while because Kalle wasn't familiar with the organizational processes at the time. According to the league, we should have said immediately after the ban that we needed an emergency sub.
However, the official rules state that the request can be made up to 48 hours before the start of the game at the latest - or even later if the league decides so.
We met this deadline, but we still got a penalty.
The league did not recognize the emergency, but only imposed an in-game penalty - we lost Phase 2 bans.
Small side note: The league mentioned the player KatEvolved again in this context - as a possible replacement, although we had already made it clear in March that he was no longer on the team and his contract had been terminated. The corresponding "drop-off" form was sent to KatEvolved, but we have not received any feedback despite several attempts to contact him.
Despite the difficult situation, we did everything we could to provide a competitive line-up. The game was able to take place regularly.
The league would have had the chance to talk to Kalle, myself or the CGN shareholders at an early stage in order to find a constructive solution.
Matchday 4 - Forfeit against EINS (30.07.2025)
To be honest, I was mentally exhausted by my personal problems at this point. None of our substitutes had time either.
We tried to reschedule the match - but were refused.
An emergency transfer was also not considered justified.
Up to this point, there was no direct communication with our management to discuss the problems and prevent the forfeit.
After the incident, we proactively offered to work through the whole thing together with the league in order to avoid such situations in the future - unfortunately, no discussion was initiated by the league.
From our point of view, an exchange before the next matchday would have been urgently necessary - especially because there were no such problems at all in Split 1 and 2.
Matchday 5 - Forfeit against Unicorns of Love (06.08.2025)
There was a simple but fatal mistake in the line-up sheet: I was entered in Phantasm's line - and not Typhoon's. That means our roster was Sendo, Typhoon, Agurin, Reptile, Lucky.
Anyone who has ever played League will immediately understand how nonsensical it is to have two junglers in one team. As Kalle had only just started, he hadn't noticed this as an additional aspect.
The evening before the game, after the deadline had passed, a "league official" noticed the mistake and corrected it immediately together with Kalle. The deadline was 6 pm, notification of the noticed error by the league official came at 9:47 pm, confirmation of the adjustment by Kalle at 10:10 pm.
The next day, however, this correction was REMOTELY rejected by another league official and then the CGN role was tagged with the decision in the Discord, but the CGN management was not proactively contacted either.
Despite this, our management got proactively involved from here on, we took direct responsibility and made several fair proposals to make the game happen.
The most obvious suggestion is to take an emergency sub. We have had no further contact with Typhoon and have not been able to reach him.
The league has rejected this "at its own discretion".
Up until the league official's announcement on game day, we had assumed that the correction was accepted - there was no indication that we were not allowed to compete with the adjusted lineup.
This massively shortened our window of opportunity to find a solution.
The league refused to talk to us to find a solution due to time constraints and we were never informed of the serious consequences of another forfeit.
We made a conscious decision to communicate honestly with the league - although a tactical option (e.g. not reporting Typhoon as "unable to play due to illness" until the match day) would probably not have resulted in a sanction. However, this open and fair attitude was not rewarded, but sanctioned with a forfeit.
After a few hours, we managed to reach Typhoon. He agreed to play and prepared himself. Unfortunately, a new problem arose at very short notice. As he had already switched to a new organization and was under demonstrable pressure there, they forbade him to compete for us. We then contacted his new management and employer directly. Although he would have been physically fit to play, he was already in the lobby and wanted to play, they refused.
The league was informed transparently about the situation, but did not recognize an emergency and insisted on a forfeit if Typhoon did not play.
We specifically asked to consider alternative sanctions - such as loss of bans, scholarship reductions or other measures that would not actively interfere with the game and would not harm the product or the players. All proposals were rejected.
Although Phantasm was available as an emergency sub and was already in the Discord and in the lobby, the request was rejected despite active communication - we were thus forced to concede the match without a fight.
This incident was later cited by the league as the main reason for the severity of the penalty.
3. Potential Prime League issues with an influence on the penalty
At no time was there any direct contact with me personally or the CGN shareholders to discuss existing problems - neither in an early phase nor during a later escalation.
There would have been an opportunity to do so on July 14 - but at the latest after the first penalty for the match against BIG.
Even when one of our managers proactively requested a call after the def-loss against EINS in order to prevent further problems, the Prime League did not seize this opportunity.
In the end, the def-losses were solely the result of discretionary decisions by the league - i.e. according to the rules "at the sole discretion of the ERL officials" - as to what counts as an emergency and what does not.
There was also no communication from the Prime League about the possible consequences of rule violations, while we tried to solve the problems - neither with Kalle nor with the management.
The penalty was applied across the board to the whole season - not just Split 3, where the problems occurred. This makes it seem as if the format itself, which had been much criticized in advance, had an influence on the decision.
This is because the format and the significance of the third split were questioned in advance by participating teams, major external influencers - such as Caedral - and also by us. This was despite the fact that we ourselves had an advantage thanks to the format. The main criticism was that Split 3 is not really taken seriously by many viewers and even by some teams.
The Prime League has already confirmed in discussions with other teams that none of the incidents happened with malicious intent. We took the split seriously at all times and wanted to compete with a strong substitute.
A communication error confirmed by league officials to correct the lineup was not accepted as a reason to make a lineup change after the deadline that would have prevented the def loss against Unicorns.
However, this def-loss was cited by another Prime League official as the decisive reason for the severity of the penalty.
Despite the communication error, no emergency sub was recognized here either - although the incorrectly registered player could not play due to an instruction from his new employer and an eligible player, Phantasm, was already sitting in the lobby with the others.
The first incident - the error in the line-up report when I was entered as support instead of Lucky - was resolved with the concession of the Prime League.
But in all subsequent incidents, the league did not proactively suggest solutions that would have been in the interests of the joint product - even though the rules would have provided leeway ("at the sole discretion of the ERL officials").
For us, this feels more like a conflict than a cooperation - especially in light of the fact that we are a new team in the league and have had a new person in charge of team management since Split 3 and there were no complaints in Split 1 and 2.
At this point, we would like to emphasize once again that we are of course aware of our mistakes. Nevertheless, we would have preferred a different, joint solution.
4. Our thoughts on the penalty
We shared the previous, factual descriptions - as well as our counter-proposal on the penalty - with Riot and the league in a timely manner prior to the publication of the Prime League Statement.
Since the misconduct relates exclusively to Split 3 and Splits 1 and 2 were properly completed and closed, the penalty should also relate exclusively to Split 3.
In the first major incident - the forfeit against BIG - we were made aware of the situation via public tagging. We reacted immediately, apologized officially and offered a call.
However, due to sickness-related absences, the league was unable to make this appointment promptly, and no proposal for a meeting was made in the following week either. The employee responsible could have been released at this point if there had been an early exchange. The first contact with our shareholders in Split 3 was also made via public tagging of the CGN role.
However, this opportunity was not used to address existing problems within the organization or with the responsible manager. This could have prevented potential follow-up problems.
Also in the personal conversations in connection with my statement, there were no complaints at any time about the employee concerned or his working methods.
The grievances that arose are clearly attributable to the individual misconduct of a single person who only assumed operational responsibility internally from Split 3 onwards.
After being fully informed about the situation - again via public tagging - our shareholders immediately intervened, dealt with the incidents internally and immediately relieved the employee in question of all duties.
Therefore, the joint proposal together with CGN was for an appropriate penalty:
Deduction of the points in Split 3 - the points earned from Split 1 and 2 remain.
No scholarship for Split 3.
Participation in the playoffs remains due to the good performance in Split 1 and 2 and participation in the EMEA Masters.
The employee concerned has been released from his responsibilities as discussed. With immediate effect, our shareholders are obliged to assume direct primary responsibility for league communication and operational league management, including line-up changes.
Only if there are no further violations will we retain the right to compete in the 1st Division of the Prime League next year.
CGN was also willing to withdraw as an organization from the competition/league for the benefit of the players and allow the team to participate under the original name "Dung Dynasty" from the playoffs onwards.
This would ensure that the players who have earned their playoff participation through strong performances actually get this chance. Because in the end, esports should be about sporting competition.
Remark:
Playoffs are based on overall performance for the year - not just Split 3.
Excluding playoffs exclusively for the Split 3 playoffs would have been understandable.
The chosen format of the league is based on cumulative performance, which would make us playoff eligible through Split 1 and 2.
In summary - We as a team recognize that we made mistakes after the internal change of responsibility that should not have happened.
Nevertheless, we believe it makes more sense to punish rule violations with financial sanctions at the discretion of the league - instead of taking measures that lead to the cancellation of games and thus punish players for organizational failures.
Not only the team directly affected suffers, but the entire product - including coverage, reporting, sponsor interest, the other participating organizations and ultimately the entire Prime League ecosystem.
We would have been delighted to continue to be part of the Prime League Division 1 ecosystem - and as the reigning Split 2 champions to represent the Prime League in the EMEA Masters and playoffs.
5. Conclusion
Finally, I would like to say something personal.
I took over the NNO spot back then because I was the only person with competitive ambitions. I think that was very clear to see. The passion of my teammates and also my own was always the driving force behind this project. CGN then became part of this project because our philosophies matched.
Yes, mistakes have been made. And yes, we own up to them.
But every single player in our team has fought hard for weeks and months to prove themselves athletically. And it hurts to see this performance overshadowed by organizational problems - problems that could have been solved if only we had spoken to each other earlier.
It's clear to me that rules must be adhered to.
I also realize that the league must make decisions to maintain its integrity.
But we firmly believe that penalties should be designed in such a way that they do not destroy sporting competition - and above all do not punish the players who are not responsible for these mistakes.
Furthermore, CGN had offered to withdraw from the league as a punishment and let us continue to play as Dung Dynasty, so that the punishment hits the organization and not the players - which the league even regretted in its own statement.
We players wanted to continue to be part of this league.
And show what we can do in the playoffs.
And we didn't just want to represent ourselves in the EMEA Masters, but also the Prime League and the DACH region.
In the end, it's about more than just the team.
It's about the community that stands behind us.
It's about the fans who watch our games - whether we win or lose.
I am disappointed with the way the Prime League has handled this incident - and we are in an environment where discretionary decisions by officials are used to justify harsh penalties.
I regret that the Prime League - despite having multiple opportunities to completely prevent this situation by communicating directly with me or the CGN shareholders - neither sought nor took up our offer to talk.
