Just taken my blood sugar and its 10.4 😮!!!!!!!!!!

Hormones wreaking havoc today! I don't think the heat is helping! Blood sugar dropped before lunch after 2 days of being on the high side...

Blood sugar has been high last couple of days, today especially. Not sure why when so often it's too low, but it's back in range now!

You know your blood sugar has dropped suddenly when you find yourself looking at other people's food longingly... or worse, they notice you😳

I'll go first. I am gluten intolerant with hypoglycemia. I have been suffering what we think is post infective autoimmune sickness...

Grrr blood sugars! Been low all day, having to keep bring them back up, can't keep them stable, then tonight 8.1! Where did that come from?

Positive Drs appointment this week. Inflammatory levels now back within normal range! Symptom management has been put into place now!

It's easy to get down sometimes with chronic illness, especially when you're undiagnosed! Sometimes a little me time is really called for!

It's difficult being somebody who gets easily bored at the best of times when illness limits what you can do even more! Any suggestions?
