@ArtButSports@alsosortofadam You are always extremely on point, but of all your wonderful contributions to the twitter world, this reply may be the best ever.
@JayScottSmith Exhaustion, FT disparity (& how closely this tied to not being able to stop anyone driving the lane), & Cade's collapsed lung & broken rib recovery forcing him to be rushed back. All the flopping and FTs are the biggest thing, but we had the chance and shit the bed.
@WorldWideWob The playoffs made it so clear that we MUST start a secondary ball handler/scorer with Cade. The traps on Cade work way too well & stall the whole offense 50% of the time.
It’s been an abysmal (playoffs) with Duren but 🥺when he & they stop looking for the lob on the p&r… yikes
The biggest difference between regular season (local broadcast) and playoff (national broadcast) is the how the playoffs never show a replay of anything other than a make. Was that a bad call? You’ll never know, but here’s slow mo of some dude eating popcorn.
@KoreaPistonsFan 100% agree with the other comments that you didn’t need to explain yourself, but if you’re gonna do it, this is the way. Wonderfully written post!
@ivanlapanje But if the game was less heavy and I was able to dribble more I’d probably never stop playing. I crafted amazing evos but they all felt like they were in the mud while playing, so all the fun/effort of creating those monsters was just wasted cause they didn’t play to their build.
@ivanlapanje I quit for the first time since 2017 a few weeks ago. Number 1 reason is gameplay heaviness- I only know what good gameplay feels like cause I played at 2 in the morning sometimes. But was what broke my back how I just kept getting the same cards over and over again in icon picks
