I finally had to request to speak to a local location because 2 pkgs my husband ordered 2 days ago came in via FedEx from the same state, but yet they can't get my one in over a week. At this point I feel like someone's stole it.

@SupplyNinja I don't know if they're worse or the fact that Gamestop uses FedEx. Ordered my ps5 on Wednesday the 29th, when they had their drop and it's been sitting in the next town over from me since the 2nd. It's been delayed to the following day every day since. 🥺

@FedEx There's no reason why a package from Texas to Louisiana should take a week to get here. Hell, it's been sitting in Louisiana since October 2nd in the town closest to me. Do better or hire more people and stop giving me the same answers when I call the customer service line.

@FedEx FedEx needs to stop delaying packages and then claiming high volume of packages causing the delay. If you would stop delaying packages, you'd stop having high volumes. USPS, Amazon, and UPS aren't having these issues. Why is FedEx?
