She chose them & was responsible for independent qc, to double check what the lab produced. 2) is they are expired then the lab could have delivered perfectly fine lipsticks to her 2-3 yrs ago. It was HER choice to sell them-

But there were multiple times after the lab got done where JC could/should have figured out things weren’t right. When she gets sued- and she will- that excuse won’t stand up.
