@ask_aubry June 22 went to male w/ fatigue, exhaustion, dizziness. Bloods done. Told me to take iron tablets. Nothing changed. FFWD to last week went to a female DR w/ same symptoms. Bloods again. Obscenely low iron. Immediate transfusion. Yet iron was EVEN LOWER back in June 22.
