I’ve never dealt with an organisation as dysfunctional & disconnected as @Wickes. No systems (or advisors) appear to speak to each other. Endless calls, endless hand-offs, endless cut-offs. Damaged bathroom goods, long lead times, wasted time. Customer service nightmare 😭

I know the aviation industry is under pressure but @British_Airways are trying their best to make booking new flights a misery. Their inability to generate the tickets and take prompt payment for a trip to Barbados after 4 calls and 6 hours on hold over 2 weeks is astounding.
