@StagecoachCNL info on any bus diversion due to the road closure on Ullswater rd in Lancaster would be helpful!! It affects the no 10 Ridge service but nothing on your website or Twitter - so as a passenger I have no clue what stop I need to get on at to catch the bus to work!

@StagecoachCNL any info on the number 10 Ridge bus in Lancaster? Ullswater Road has a scheduled closure from 27/01 to 29/01 but no info on any diverted route for this service? There are 3 bus stops affected by this road closure.

@RoyalmaililHub bit confused how you can deliver my parcel in the past? Tracking info shows my parcel is still at Preston depot today (8th Dec) but will be delivered on 6th Dec? Time travel perhaps?? 🙄

@RoyalMail wondering why you have delivered my parcel to my ‘nominated delivery point’ when I have never nominated a delivery point ? I always request delivery to my address as I am disabled! Now it is at some random post office where I’ll have to track it down

@StagecoachCNL why don’t you inform passengers of diversions? 07:37 10 service in Lancaster a no show on Ullswater rd - nothing on twitter & app shows it as running?? Rd closure on Dalton rd but it still served Ullswater stops last night so why not this morning?

@StagecoachCNL no10 Ridge circular 4:03 from Common gdn st at a no show but nothing on the App to let all the passengers waiting for it know!! No point having an App if you don’t update it!!!

@StagecoachCNL It was the 07:28 Ridge circular (number 10) on 17th March and also the 09:58 (same service) on 14th March. The driver went the wrong way on both occasions & didn’t turn into Ullswater rd but instead continued up Moor lane

@StagecoachCNL It is the morning service where the driver is going the wrong way - this has happened for 2 days so it needs addressing to ensure drivers know the correct route!! They went straight up Moor lane when they should have turned onto Ullswater rd & missed out 3 stops

@StagecoachCNL The road closure & diversion ended at 5pm on Friday 14th March. The bus didn’t run correctly today - 17th March when it should be on its normal route but it wasn’t!!! Hence my query as to what is going on!!!

@StagecoachCNL wondering why when Moor lane in Lancaster had reopened the no 10 service is still diverting & missing out 5 stops unnecessarily! As a disabled passenger having no service in my area is causing huge issues getting to work?

@StagecoachCNL you need to train your drivers better on Disability awareness! Driver refused wheelchair user as 2 prams onboard but by law wheelchair users have priority over the designated space! If a wheelchair user wishes to board a bus, prams should be folded or moved?

@StagecoachCNL But the driver didn’t even ask them to move or fold their pram - just told the wheelchair user they couldn’t board! It was shocking the lack of awareness or empathy! 16:28 10 Ridge circular from Lancaster Bus station.
