You can learn so much about a person when they tell you about their childhood experience. It leaves so many scars. Learning how to leave it in the past is tough- but possible! Growth is a beautiful thing. The past is the past. Don’t let it ruin ur future.
NOTE TO SELF: its OK to feel TIRED, EXHAUSTED, SLEEPY, NOT wanting to get out of bed til 1pm. to be DRAGGING the blankets, to have breakfast& go back to bed. to have INSOMNIA because you are OVERWHELMED w/work &making sure you being a GOOD PARENT/WIFE when you BEEN WORKING ALOT.
