@MOHELA I've been on hold 4 nearly 5+ hours. I need an update on my PSLF app (submitted in Aug). 2 hours in, the rep (in-training) knew next to nothing!! They passed me to someone else, that has never picked up. This is ridiculously poor service + communication. 0 transparency.
