Im now on the phone for 2nd time going on 51 minutes (yesterday was up to 1 hour 14 minutes ending the call at 8:30 pm)

@tapairportugal we are family of 3 with kid 6 years old, the check in process put two on one row (25) and one on another row (24) & there was NO option to buy the 3rd seat on 25 row or even 3 togather (i could at least buy it) & no one can help, NOW we set next to stranger.
