@dannyribar@kimballscott Feel like you could probably have written a book on this same topic yourself by now. I take notes on your gracious responses to all manner of comments that fly around in this space. You are always radically respectful in my book and we are all better off for it.
I had the pleasure of being captivated by @ainsleymusic07’s performance of Cherry on Top and multiple other singles at LAUNCH Music Fest in Lancaster earlier this year and I am SMITTEN with her whole vibe, not to mention totally inspired by her pioneering of change in digital music and openness to transformational ideas … can we all rally and support selling out her first mint with @stuff_io tomorrow??
The world as we know it changing before our eyes. 👀 I'm so excited to have partnered up with @stuff_io to announce my very first #blockchain minted song. Not an NFT, but an encrypted asset, that you can now buy and own - and maybe one day you'll re-sell it for millions 🤣
And, I mean, what other song would it be right? 🍒 👀
Excited that soon we'll be minting #stuff with #btc 🧡 but for now, check out my first ever LIVE minting experience on @stuff_io Monday 6/9 at 2PM ⭐️

200+ pages of experiential activities developed with some of the best educational minds in this incredible Cardano space ... it pairs with the beginner-friendly Cardano DeFi Program. It's about exploration and exposure to new ideas, encouraging greater financial sovereignty.
The Workbook comes with a Pioneer Cohort NFT airdrop, which gives you access to a learning cohort starting in July. Learn in community. Build in public.
We had an intro for this video and we axed it ... what's more engaging than a surprise trip to the @stuff_io office?? With Sheila!?
Only perhaps this convo about the many ways a decentralized encrypted asset can power an interactive community-building campaign.
Watch to the end for an enthusiastic (from the sports guru herself) beat on Stuff's fan engagement collab with the @McKChupacabras and a JERSEY REVEAL.
Cardano DeFi Program Workbook DEA (500 total) mint is Friday, June 6th at 22UTC on https://t.co/cDK5RWxDwF.

A favorite quote from Sheila in this interview: "We want to own our assets digitally. It's usually not an option digitally. You have to stream it. You have to license it. Not anymore. Bring in the blockchain, bring in https://t.co/ziNDUWbrNU, and https://t.co/cZj9NZKNtX, you now own your digital assets."
In your face, Web2. 😛
You pay $200+ for a "digital textbook," but you don't actually own it. You're renting temporary access. Missing a payment = missing materials. 🤯Graduate? Lose access to your stuff. 😕 Want to lend it to a friend or resell it later? ⛔️ Impossible.
This is worse than physical books in every way except convenience.
But what if digital educational materials could be truly owned again?
That's exactly what @book_io's decentralized encrypted assets (DEAs) offer the education space. In part 4 of this "Future of Education" series, @Touring_Tiki breaks down how DEAs restore the ownership we lost in the digital transition. Listen like a podcast:
00:00 The problem and the solution
06:52 Understanding DEAs
14:48 Real-World Applications and Market Potential
23:44 Educational Applications of DEAs
34:40 Workbook Development Strategies
44:36 Future of Digital Assets and Learning
And, we discern the best ways to make the Cardano DeFi Program Workbook DEA as interactive as possible.
From licensing back to owning. From temporary access to permanent assets. The future of education isn't just about new teaching methods - it's about who controls the materials.
🗓️Cardano DeFi Workbook DEA mints this Friday, June 6th, at https://t.co/KvACndGT4V.
One of the more challenging things to figure out in this whole decentralized education process was how to make decisions with other content creators/educators/future builders in mind, and demonstrate things in web3 that they already do in web2, but exponentially BETTER.
➡️Ongoing subscriptions, for example.
➡️Paid vs. free, for example.
➡️Incorporating a workbook, for example.
➡️Media types, membership models - so much to consider!
Max and I covered a lot in this one, and it brought things into focus for me so we could use pretty much all of their new features. The back-end walkthrough in this video is also super helpful.
Cardano DeFi program launches June 6th!
This conversation with @TheCardanoTimes set so many strategic decisions for the Cardano DeFi Course delivery on @wisdom_courses, solving questions like ...
https://t.co/7L4u0v4rJt
How will token gating for the lessons work with a workbook DEA? 📘
How can we include open and closed questions for diverse learning styles? ⁉️
How can we manage credentials for different achievement levels? 📃
We worked it out in under an hour AND demo'ed the whole Wisdom Courses backend. Thanks to Max for your thought leadership over the past weeks, it's charted new territory 🗺️
The full DeFi program drops this Friday, June 6th on Wisdom (thanks to the Cardano community!) for our funded Catalyst F13 proposal.
Over the past 6 weeks, we've been documenting what it's like to build a Cardano DeFi program across four revolutionary Web3 platforms simultaneously. Here are four snippets that capture the ethos & enthusiasm of the people building these projects.
00:00 @Nate_Olympus on solving accessibility
00:29 @TheCardanoTimes on expanding education
00:59 @jamesdunseith on learning by doing
01:47 @Touring_Tiki on empowering community
We learned a LOT in these recorded conversations that chronicle the decision-making process of how to incorporate all the emerging decentralized education features and make a stellar Cardano offering.
We'll be dripping more gems from the full series over the next week, leading up to the launch of the DeFi program and DEA workbook mint on June 6th.
That's a wrap! ✅ All content for the @Catalyst_onX funded Cardano DeFi Program is complete - the summit was submitting our workbook draft yesterday to @book_io for the DEA mint (launching Friday, June 6th!). Here's a sneak peek at the video in the Workbook's intro chapter. Did you know that book DEAs can embed audio and videos? 📺 Yup, they can.
We designed this DeFi program to spotlight all the features of decentralized education. The workbook will serve as a companion to the course videos, empowering learners to delve deeper AND put knowledge to work. It's also a way we can airdrop different features to Workbook holders like (hint!) access to cohorts and special AMA sessions.
The courses will launch live on June 6th... until then, we'll be finishing strong in public, telling the story of the whole process.
