@Hermesparcels I need help, my notifications say my parcel has been delivered, however the next day it says out for delivery still. I know the item hasn't been received, I need help and it seems impossible to talk to anyone.

@FitbitSupport my Fitbit will no longer charge, could this be a fault with the charger or the Fitbit? I do sometimes get a smiling face on the screen, what is this?!
