@emirates i’m so sad to say my son is relocating home to the UK from BKK & paid for extra luggage & has just been charged another £90 on top at the desk for a few kg over.
It even says on the app it’s £54 any extra on top of the extra luggage, this is very bad Service 🤬

My brother was robbed at knife point in London by three Somalian immigrants on Saturday. So you can imagine he is totally shook up, his phone is his business & of course lost all his money. Why are you kissing citizens being subjected to assault, rape and robbery! @Keir_Starmer

Is there anything we can do? I know the whole cladding thing is a mess & given what’s happening to us leaseholders, there probably isn’t but this is shocking that this contractor is not flat out on this block to get it finished. There’s barely anything being done.

Advice please fellow cladding victims. Work as our Block there is never anybody on site it’s what you would call a hospital job. There has not been anyone there this year or before Christmas. Scaffolding is up but no workmen and this is dragging it out costing us so much more.
