Administrative Virtual Assistant | Helping CEOs and Executives simplify their workflow, improve daily operations and reclaim time | Streamlining communication
Week 4.
And this is where the difference really shows. ๐
One thing I value about this internship is that I haven't just been learning about Virtual Assistance.
I've been doing the work.
Researching leads.
Building and updating lead trackers.
Supporting merchant outreach.
@AFRIMENT@ynaroyalty@starlordflash@Kweenshaly Tracking conversations and follow-ups.
Working with a team to solve problems.
Receiving feedback and improving our approach.
These are not just things I can say I learned.
They're things I've actually worked on.
And that's what makes this experience valuable to me โ

One thing this internship keeps teaching me:
Being a Virtual Assistant isnโt just about completing tasks.
Itโs about **thinking ahead, communicating clearly, taking initiative, and being dependable.**
Every week, Iโm learning to bring more than just my skills to the table.
Then vs Now.๐
Before Afriment, I saw VA work mostly as emails, calendars, data entry and keeping things organized.
Now, Iโm beginning to understand the bigger picture.
Research. Lead generation. Outreach. Follow-ups. Teamwork.
Problem-solving. Taking initiative. Accountability
@starlordflash@ynaroyalty@AFRIMENT@Kweenshaly Iโm not where I want to be yet, but Iโm definitely not where I started. ๐ป๐
And on a day that reminds us of growth, progress and becoming, Iโm reminded that every journey starts somewhere.
Happy Independence Day, Nigeria! ๐ณ๐ฌโค๏ธ
Still learning. Still growing. Still building.

From 7th to 3rd! ๐๐ฅน
Yesterday, we got our presentation and overall performance score, and seeing Team Influencers move from 7th in Week 1 to 3rd honestly made me proud.
It reminded me that progress doesn't always happen overnight.

@AFRIMENT@ynaroyalty@starlordflash@Kweenshaly but help you think, improve and understand why youโre doing it.The corrections, feedback, questions and lessons may seem like little things in the moment, but they really do make a difference. Thank you for investing your time and knowledge in us. ๐ค
Still learning. Still growing
A little appreciation post today. โค๏ธ
I want to appreciate our mentors at Afriment, Mr Daniel, Miss Royalty, Coach MQ, Mrs Peace.
One thing Iโve really come to value during this internship is having people who donโt just tell you what to do,
@AFRIMENT@ynaroyalty@starlordflash@Kweenshaly Sometimes, it looks like identifying what didn't work, learning from it, improving your process and showing up better the next time.
And I'm so proud of my team. โค๏ธ
I love my Team Influencers! ๐ค๐ฝ๐ฅ
Still learning. Still improving. Still building. ๐ป

"Being good at what you do is only one part of being a professional".
A long thread ๐ค๐ค
THE WORKPLACE IS NOT SCHOOL.๐ป๐ป
Yesterday, we had a webinar at Afriment, and honestly, it was packed with so many lessons for me.

@ynaroyalty@AFRIMENT@Kweenshaly@starlordflash 3. Accountability matters.
Own your work and your process. Communicate context constructively and take responsibility for your work.
4. Communication matters.
Be proactive and communicate effectively.
Donโt wait until someone asks what youโre working on. Share your process.
