And what do you think about these management styles? What kind of leadership style you use? Have you had any similar experience? Take care and stay curious!
Let me share with you one last thing regarding this topic, again based on my experience. When you grow as a manager, you enjoy moments like when you achieve your goals, when you get promoted or receive a reward. But feeling happy in these moments is kind of expected, because they are tangible rewards. However, what you never expect is to enjoy that much seeing how you can help your team members to grow professionally, to overcome difficulties and to become the best version of themselves. It really can make you happy to know that you were part of the process, and that with your time and dedication, with your mentorship and coaching, you help others reach new heights. Personally, it is one of the things that I enjoyed the most as a manager, and that is why I prefer to use what is called a coaching leadership approach, where the objective is to achieve our results, through bringing out the best of your people. Believe me it can give you much joy, and especially an unexpected one.
To be a true #leader what counts the most is how you inspire others. #Leadership is built upon trust and consistency and people will follow you out of conviction, not out of titles.
